Refund policy
At Luxor Candle & Bath Co., we take pride in inspecting our products thoroughly before shipping them out to you. Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for used candles. However, we will gladly replace or refund any defective products, provided photographic evidence is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.
If you received the wrong product or are missing items in your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns
Unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any bath items.
Exchanges
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to process exchanges. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
